Cap Roulette

We all know what happens if we aren't too careful with any carbonated beverage. But with sparkling water, it seems, the stakes are even higher.

This was an idea I came up with over the holiday season as a cheap way to entertain the family. Just one bottle of Polar sparkling water—which you can find at most retailers (at least here in New England) for less than a dollar—can make for a fun game of Cap Roulette.

The objective is simple: Seated in a circle, twist the cap once carefully, making sure water doesn't burst from the bottle, then pass the bottle along to the next player. The process repeats until either a) the bottle is successfully opened without incident, or b) if the player isn't careful enough, water will burst and they are the loser.

Deliverables include an instructional guide, which can be placed on the label or case packaging, as well as print ads that can also be formatted for OOH.

(FYI: Packaging conceptualizations to come!)
